Manage access between rooms with the PawHut 106cm tall dog gate with cat door. This white steel and PA design has a listed fitting range of 76–104cm, a double-locking main door and a smaller opening for cats. It offers a practical way to organise shared spaces in a multi-pet home when correctly installed and suited to your pets.
106cm tall dog gate with cat door
The gate measures 106cm high. Its cat door measures 20 W x 19.5 H cm, allowing appropriately sized pets to pass through when available. Check this opening against your cat's body size; small dogs may also fit through it, so it does not guarantee separation by species.
The bar spacing is 5cm. Assess this against each pet's size and behaviour to reduce escape or entrapment risks. Gate height alone does not establish jump-proof containment or suitability for every small or large dog.
76–104cm fitting range and extensions
Measure the installation opening before purchasing and follow the manual for supported width combinations. The gate body is listed as 71cm wide without adjusting screws, with an overall fitting range of 76–104cm.
The title and specifications describe 7cm and 14cm extensions, each 102cm high. These extensions are not individually itemised in the package list, which instead mentions extension fixings. Confirm their inclusion and the configuration needed for your opening with the supplier.
Double-locking main door
The main door is described as bidirectional, with one-handed operation and a soft-push locking mechanism. Its listed width is 61cm. Follow the instructions for opening and closing, and check that the locking system is fully engaged after each use.
The source does not verify automatic closing or provide child-safety certification. This is a pet gate and should not be represented as a certified baby safety gate.
Mounting requirements, especially near stairs
The source describes pressure mounting or drilling. It explicitly requires expansion screws for installations on stairways and similar locations; do not rely on pressure mounting alone in those locations.
Follow the manual for approved positioning, fixing surfaces and installation. Confirm the suitability of your specific stair location and wall construction with the supplier before use. Check the fixings, adjustment screws and closures regularly, and supervise initial use.
