Add a scratching and lounging spot to your cat's favourite room with the PawHut cat scratcher sofa. Made from corrugated paper, this blue and natural wood-effect design combines a scratching board with a sofa-style seat. Catnip is included, and no assembly is required.
Cat scratcher sofa with a corrugated paper surface
The textured paper surface gives indoor cats a dedicated place to scratch, while the seat and backrest offer a spot to pause afterwards. Position it near an area your cat already enjoys to help introduce it into their routine.
An alternative scratching surface may help redirect scratching, but it does not guarantee that furniture and carpets will remain undamaged. Individual cats also respond differently to catnip.
Compact seat for cats under 3.5kg
This model is recommended for indoor cats under 3.5kg. Its overall dimensions are 57 W x 26.5 D x 26.5 H cm, while the usable seat is listed as 34 W x 23 D cm. Check the seat against your cat's preferred resting posture, not just their weight.
The seat sits 9.5cm above the ground, and the backrest measures 17cm from the seat. Left and right armrest heights are listed as 5.5cm and 8cm respectively; their measurement reference is not specified.
Blue finish, catnip and ready-to-use setup
The listed natural wood finish describes the appearance, not solid wood construction: the material is corrugated paper. The blue colour provides a distinct alternative to the brown scratcher sofa.
Set the scratcher on a stable, dry indoor surface and follow any supplied directions for the included catnip. No tools or assembly are needed to start using it.
Looking after your cardboard cat lounger
Inspect the paper surface regularly and clear away loose debris. Scratching causes wear, so replace the unit when it becomes damaged or excessively worn. Keep it dry and do not treat the paper seat as a washable bed.
