4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products from us.

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order.

A contract between you and us is only formed when we accept and dispatch your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect customer information

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£).

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

We do not store your full payment card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, customs inspections, industrial action or supply chain disruptions.

Ownership of products passes to you once payment has been received in full and the products have been delivered.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply.

7. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

You must notify us of your decision within 14 days of receiving the goods.

After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Before returning any products, you must contact us so that we can provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, repair, refund or other suitable resolution.

If a product is confirmed as faulty or supplied incorrectly, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

9. Returns

We will provide instructions on how and where to return your item. Depending on the product purchased, returns may be sent directly to one of our suppliers or fulfilment partners.

Please do not return items without contacting us first.

Returns sent without prior authorisation or to an incorrect address may result in delays to processing your refund or replacement.

Returned items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions and website design, is owned by or licensed to Cat Trees Online.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or otherwise use any content without our prior written permission.
