Delivery

Orders are delivered by trusted courier partners such as Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, DPD and other national carriers.

If your courier offers a safe place option, you may be able to provide delivery instructions directly through the courier's tracking portal.

If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions for collection.

Missing or Delayed Deliveries

We will investigate with the courier and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
