If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions for collection.

Missing or Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  2. Check with neighbours or any safe place specified for delivery.

We will investigate with the courier and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
